At Deli Food Truck, we are committed to customer satisfaction and transparency in our truck sales. Due to the nature of vehicle transactions, we have established the following refund and return guidelines:

1. Deposits

• All deposits made to reserve or initiate a food truck purchase are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Deposits secure your selected truck and/or begin the customization or build process.

2. Vehicle Sales (New or Used Trucks)

• All truck sales are considered final once payment is made in full and the vehicle is signed over to the buyer.

• We do not offer returns or full refunds for completed sales unless:

  • The vehicle is proven to be materially different than described.

  • There is a verified legal issue (e.g., title problems) that prevents transfer of ownership.

3. Custom Builds or Modifications

• For custom food truck builds, partial refunds may be available only if the build has not started.

• Once customization work begins (fabrication, installation, branding, etc.), refunds are no longer applicable due to the personalized nature of the service.

4. Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel a transaction before completion, you must do so in writing.

• Any approved refunds (e.g., for refundable services or deposits by exception) will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method, minus any incurred expenses.

5. Warranty & Repairs

• If a vehicle is covered by a warranty (manufacturer or in-house), issues covered under the warranty will be addressed per the warranty terms.

• Refunds are not issued for repairable defects or minor issues unless otherwise stipulated.

6. Shipping/Delivery

• Delivery fees are non-refundable once the vehicle has been shipped.
